Listed for an account I don't know

I received an SMS from VVM Attorneys stating that I owe Homechoice and the reference number was 13280461. When I contacted them to dispute the claim, I was told to submit an affidavit together with my ID document, which I did in January. On their system they have the correct ID number however my residential address was wrong. I used VVM's online transactions portal in January to log the documents which I am now unable to access. I have called VVM Attorneys this morning and have been told the matter has been withdrawn and the file sent back to Homechoice. Yesterday I learned I have been listed to ITC for this account though I have never owned it. I have never received statements not being contacted by Homechoice previously, but they blacklisted on ITC. I have never owned and never bought anything from Homechoice before and have no idea how they got my ID number. I want my name taken off ITC as this is affecting my credit rating and reference checks for employment. I can not pay R8190 for something I know nothing of.
