Rude Agents & Handed Over For Skipping ONE Month

I am being told by VVM that my Home choice account is in arrears and I paid once though I only skipped one month. I received an sms this morning that I will be blacklisted in 11 days which is very strange for skipping one month in March but paying all the months. This VVM doesn't even have records on monthly payments I make directly into the Home choice FNB account. If I don't pay, then why do I receive "Thank you for payment" SMSs from Home choice?

Another issue is the agents in the call centre who call and hang up on you, then claim to leave messages on your unanswered phone yet they never leave nothing. I know them to be synonymous with blank messages yet claim they left a message, is breathing on my phone a message? I called the 0861 number and the guy was rude as a demon and his listening skills are rotten. WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR AGENTS??

I want my balance which I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A STATEMENT about but you are so quick to demand payments without even a person knowing an amount they owe. I pay without knowing this part.

Lastly, your dustbin is mediocre quality and I regret my order. I never used it since receiving it, low disappointing quality and I don't want it.
