Edgars in Kuruman really is THE worst Edgars!

Over the last few years that I stay in Kuruman now, the Edgars here have barely received any new stock in their bedding department. Many times I could not find any clothing for my 11 year old twin daughters, the bigger women sizes are cramped into a 3x3 square meter space! The last straw was when I went there on the 20th of April to get a new card. (I have already stopped the lost one.) I was standing, waiting there at customer care, for about 10 min with no one behind the counter. Eventually a girl came and asked what I wanted and I explained. She called her manager, who just glimpsed in my direction and went off with another customer. Another 5 - 10 min later, she called another guy who told me to go stand in the cue! When I became upset and asked for the manager, she referred me to the first person who was now sitting in his office not caring whether I was helped or not! The MANAGER! I am just fed up with the overall service and stock supplied in the above mentioned Edgars. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
