Aaargh. Your website is horrible! Slow, clunky and irritating.
But my real complaint is for your accounts department. I haven't received any billing from you guys for months, even though I purchased on my account a couple of months back.
I dropped an email into your comment box on 22nd, and got an auto reply. Ref no 1938584/20130522/s.g.n
Since then I've heard nothing.
If you continue to fail to bill me, please don't come whining to me when I fail to pay you.
