Stinking attide and bad service

I purchased a HI_SENSE LED TV at Clearwater In January for mom who lives in Warmabaths. When I went to visit her over the Easter holidays she told me the remote of the TV was not working. We got two sets of new batteries and still the remote did not work. I went to report the matter at Stoneridge because it is closer to my work. I was told when I bought the TV that I could take it to any branch if it gives me a problem, that is why I went to Stoneridge. I showed them the receipts and was told that I would be given a call. Either they were going to replace or I was going to purchase a new one. Seeing that nothing was happening since, i decided to visit the store. I was told by two very incompetent employees that the remote was not booked in"neither was the complaint lodged in. I was also asked irritating questions like '"Are u sure you brought it to this store??? "'
I WOULDNT HAVE WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME FABRICATING A STORY ABOUT A REMOTE. MY MOM BOUGHT HER TV WITH HER PENSION MONEY AND SHE DESERVES TO GET GOOD VALUE FOR HER MONEY.I DONT CARE IF IT COST 2C OR R500 to buy a new one but it was part of the goods bought. I want them to give me a new remote with long lasting batteries
