On the 28th of may 17h00 entered the shop found two Edgar's employers. Have a friendly chat during working hours . they both did not have name tags. but I would recognise them. I then ask one to help me with Levis jeans . he told me that they lady that works in that department is working in the fitting room . he told me he cannot assistance they are short staffed. I then asked him to call the lady, he took his time . when he return he told me she cannot come. I then asked what must I do . he replied I must go home. I felt I must take my business somewhere. I then told him to call Kgotso the manager . he did not but called other guys and insulted me please help (mme oo) I don't look like his mother . it was 17h20 I am supposed to fetch my daughter from school. I was very dissappointed with the service that I received. I closed my account before and I will close it.
