Blocked Account?

On Sunday I contacted the V&A waterfront Edgars to find out the closing time due to the discount on Jeans. Finding out that they only close at 21h00 I went to the store as it was the last day for the 20% discount.

So after fitting on numerous jeans, found what I like only to be told my account has been blocked so as to update my details, BUT customer care is closed so they could not phone at that time... Good thinking on that one edgars!!
