I recently tried to use an unused can of Reckitt Benckiser's Mr Min multi surface spray and found that it would not function although the can was full and the nozzle apparently not blocked. I suspect a blocked internal valve or loss of propellant may be the cause of the problem. We called the customer helpline and were informed that no exchange was possible without the till slip - company policy apparently. My complaint does not centre around the cost of replacement, which, quite frankly is trifling, but rather the company's attitude. The expiry date was not requested by the company at any stage of our conversation although it is obvious that these products clearly have a limited shelf life (I do not know when it was purchased and the code on the bottom of the tin is not identifiable as a date). What is more astounding is that the company apparently expects that customers actually retain their grocery shopping till slips for weeks/months after purchasing items just in case a household product is found to be defective. Shame on you Mr Min, your customer service is synonymous with your product name.
