Dion Wired
Bad attitude and terrible service

On Saturday 07-09-2013 I went to Dion Wired in the hopes of purchasing a television. However, the tv that I requested was out of stock and as of such they could sell me the one on display or they could sell me a newer one for an extra R500 but they would give me a discount of R200 on it. As of such I spoke to the manager who then proceeded to tell me that she was not going to give me a discount on the new television but rather that she would take that amount off the television on display. At this, I got very upset and told her that I didn't think that R200 being taken off a television that's been on display for weeks is a fair deal. She then told me, and I quote, "well if you aren't happy with the offer then you can leave, we don't need your business." I'm very upset by the service I received as I have never had a problem with dion wired. I have always had the best customer service and unfortunately this lady has put me off purchasing from the store.
