BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

I purchased a suede couch worth R25 000 Lewis Randburg in December last year. I paid an extra R899 for Master Guard, a pray that prevents dirt since its Suede. 6 months later my couch has still not been sprayed. They always make promises but they don't stick to it. Instead i get excuses like they got lost or they came but didn't find anybody home. They treat you like royalty when you are purchasing something but after that they don't give a rats-!!!
