Month end and service is horrible!

I went to Edgars this afternoon, round 1pm. I waited in 2 different lines to apply for an account. After waiting 30 minutes in total, I was then helped by a friendly employee. However, his call to head office to create an account for me was cut off half way through, so he had to phone back and then because he hadn't explained the terms and conditions, we had to phone back once again. I waited 10 minutes again for nothing. This is ridiculous, which I told them and walked out. It is month end and you have 2 people helping at the cashiers and 2 people helping at Customer service. I even had 2 people in front of me walk out because they were so frustrated with waiting. Honestly, I will take my business to Woolworths.
