Waiting for service

Good day. I went to fnb yesterday to collect my credit card and when I walked in there were about 6 people waiting before me. I waited, and I waited, there are 6 cubicles for sales and services but only 4 people working behind them! There was one of the sales men by the door... what he was doing there only knows! He was chatting away with the security guard. After 25 minutes of WAITING I finally got up and walked up to the fnb sales man that was chilling by the door and told him ive been waiting 25 minutes and still no service.
. Still 5 people waiting before me in which he folded his arms and said "eish, ya" and looked at me. Didn't try help... nothing. I walked out without having fetched my credit card!!! This is bad service! The hartbeespoort branch has ALWAYS been bad and one waits forever but yesterday was beyond what I could handle! Some of us don't have ALL DAY to sit at fnb and wait! Seriously considering moving banks to avoid this nonsense lack of service! Waiting 25 minutes is ridiculous! something needs to be done to improve the service at fnb.
