PnP CASHBACK AND ATTEMPTED BY CASHIER

ON SATURDAY THE 25th MAY I WENT TO PICK n PAY TO PURCHASE SOME FEW ITEMS. I WAS AT THE CHECKOUT PAYING FOR MY ITEMS WHICH TOTALED R513.79. I PAID USING CARD MY CARD WAS INSERTED INTO POS AT WHICH I TURNED THE POS TOWARDS ME THE TOTAL WAS NOT SHOWING THERE, THE CASHIER THEN TURNED POS BACH TO HER THEN PROCEEDED WITH THE TOTAL AND FACED IT BACK TO ME FOR MY PIN AT WHICH I ENTERED TRANACTION APPROVED.
THEN THE DRAWER OPENED AT WHICH POINT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WHEN PAYING BUY CARD I LOOKED AT THE DRAWER AND AT SMALL SCREEN DISPLAYING CHANGE R400.00 AND GAVE THE CASHIER ONE OF A DIRTY LOOK, SHE PROCEEDED TO ANSWER I DONT KNOW WHY THE DRAWER IS OPENING AND TRIED TO SHUT IT SO THE REST OF THE RECIEPT COULD PRINT BEFORE I WAS AWARE.
SO UNKNOWINGLY THE CASHIER FRAUDUENTLY ADDED 400 BUCKS CASHBACK TO MY CARD CAUSE SHE THOUGHT I WAS SLEEPING AND THOUGHT SHE COULD MAKE A QUICK BUCK.
I AM UTTERLY DIGUSSTED BY THIS AND HOPE YOU TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AS BOTH AND ATTEMPTED ARE BOTH FORMS OF GROSS MISCONDUCT AND WELL ALL KNOW WHAT THE OUTCOME SHOULD BE. PICK n PAY DOES NOT NEED STAFF LIKE THAT CONTACT ME FOR ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION AND WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
