Bad Service

Good Day, firstly i would just like to say i am utterly disappointed in the service i received from Net florist. I ordered roses and chocolates for Valetines day (i ordered this 3 days before the time) as i am aware that they will be extra busy on this day. When placing the order i was asked if i wanted to add anything hence i added the chocolates, and paid in full for my order. On valentines day only the roses were delivered and no one contacted me regarding the chocolates not being included. The next day i contacted them and the agent that assisted me assured me that the chocolates will be delivered and told me they cannot deliver it the same day and i was fine with them delivering it the Monday. It is Tuesday still no chocolates and feedback nothing. When i contacted them again i was told chocolates are out of stock and they were not suppose to tell me they would deliver it Monday but i only get told this on my second phone call. I am sorry but Net florist website is full of promises and if this is the services they give then all that promises are a waste of time.
