I bought what I was told repeatedly was a 100 percent genuine leather lounge suite. I stated repeatedly that I did not want anything but 100 percent leather. The lounge suite is not 100 percent leather as it has sections that are leather uppers. I distinctly told her that I didn't want that.
Then she argued with me before phoning their supplier only to be told that I was correct. The branch manager got involved and to get a refund was going to be an absolute mission so I kept the suite.
Then I asked for a QUALIFIED assembly team to come and assemble it, she sent the drivers which didn't have a clue. I went BACK to the store and had to bring the "qualified installers" to my home myself and was asked to give them a lift back to the store after the installation which I refused to do. I bough a leather cleaning kit which wasn't delivered. I am now being told that it was delivered and that's that as far as they are concerned.
I spent a fortune on many appliances and regret walking into their store. I have the rest of our home to furnish and they will not be getting another cent of my money.
So after spending about R 45 000.00 they are refusing to deliver a kit that costs less than R
