Poor service and bad attitude Angela Motshabi

On Saturday 25 May 2013 I went to the Woolworths on Robert Broom Dr to purchase a couple of items. When I arrived at the cashier Angela Motshabi she did not even greet properly. I greeted and advised her that I could not hand her my cards (My school and Woolworths) right away as they were in my handbag that was stuck under items. She said ok. When my purchase was concluded I wanted to hand my cards to her to which she replied she can't swipe my cards now. I was flabbergasted as she then clearly said ok when I told her I will hand it to her just now. It was clearly her mistake. At no point in time did she indicate to me that she could not swipe the cards later. I called for the manager who merely said I will bring it to the attention of management. I wonder if it ever was? I asked Angela 3 times to apologise as this was her mistake. Her rude reply was Sorry. This was such poor service and a bad attitude. I would like to know how the points that should have been allocated towards My school (I bought for R1835-35) will now be allocated to My school. I have obviously lost out on many card rewards as well. This Woolworths will never see me again.
