I purchased a bed and fridge from the store, received the fridge i did not receive the bed for 5months,
every time i query the bed they inform me the bed is on order or they are out of stock. today i went to the branch insisting to cancel the bed, a lady by the name of SAADIA says that i cannot cancel the bed since it is on higher purchase which is i cannot pay for a item which i never receive in 5 months.

if need be they must be reported to they regional manager for Pre-POD's and now refusing to credit my account.

I have been charged for an item over the 5month period which is a rip off.
over the months i have been queering the bed delivery each time its a different excuse no vehicle to deliver or no stock. but all of a sudden the bed arrived when i want to cancel the bed. she says the sales man suppose to call me yesterday to collect the bed i haven't received any calls from bears.bears staff to customers just to make sales targets.

i want the bed to be credited on my account since i did not receive it.
i still cannot believe a well reputed company like bears talk so much of and rip people off and charge them for an item they did not receive.
