Staff member with bad attitude

Hi there

my friend and i went to Dion Wired Woodmead and we were looking at cameras that were displayed on a stand and the store assistant just looked at us and after a few minutes, he came and tidied up the stand while we were busy looking at the cameras. He did not greet us or ask to help us, he just tidies the stand and walked away and went to assist a white gentleman
I fail to understand how some of the staff in your stores are great while others are quite the opposite. Do staff undergo the same training? I find Dion Wired stores to have very inconsistent service. You never know what you are gonna get. :(
