Two weeks and still no one know what they must do

In january of 2012 I purchased a samsung fridge from bears in game city durban. I have since then paid for the fridge in full. At the end of august 2013 the top half of the fridge stopped cooling as a result close to a 1000 rand worth of food got spoilt. We contacted mr maloyi of bears and he assured us that it would be fixed. Two weeks later and no 1 has even come to look at the fridge. Bears has no consideration for the inconvieniance that this has caused and do not seem to be in any hurry to sort out the faulty appliance. But yet they have the time to call and as us to come and buy from there store. The service has been pathetic.
