On 29 April 2013 I bought two Spin Racers from your store in Somerset Mall.

After using it for the first time I realized that the batteries only last for a short time. At first I thought the batteries were not fully charged and that we have to charge them fully before operating. When we charged the units I realized that this is actually how long they will last.

The one unit broke within the first day of use. When returning to the shop today for a refund on these units, I've been told no refunds are done on toys and that the standard is that the batteries will only last for 15 minutes. The assistant also told me that they should have told me this with the purchase (which obviously did not happen). If I have been told this from the beginning I would not have purchased the toys.

The faulty unit is now booked in for repairs which will take 4-6 weeks. I paid for an item which I cannot use for 4-6 weeks!!!

Now I am stuck with something I don't want and which does not meet the expectations set.

This is really unacceptable that I get sold such below standard products and not being told beforehand about the battery life!!!

I will most definitely not buy anything again!!!
