Cresta refused to Assist Me

I went to Identity at Cresta on Saterday and saw short pants Type-6805 Style - 556, but they didnt have size 32/43 only size 30 so I asked them if they can send a 32 / 34 to Northgate and I can try it on, they were not interested because I am not account holder - discrimination, So I aksed for a Manager as usual no Manager, so I went home wrote a complaint on the ID Website and still no reply?
So Identity wont see me again after buying clothes for a long long time.
