I am so sick of the service, the constant sms's stating that my account is either due, overdue, or not paid at all. I PAY MY account by debit order every month. Initially their paperwork was incorrect, but they still billed me for it! They also did not disclose that I would pay for delivery even though I was in the shop to fetch the goods. Their Interest rates and "life cover" are through the roof, and with so many other hidden charges, Joshau Door RIPS OFF the public at large.
Staff are incompetant. If I get another SMS I am going to STOP all my debit orders, as I am leaving the country anyway, and they will never get another cent from me. Harrassment is an understatement, the only contact I want now from Joshua Doore is a reasonable settlement on all my accounts, and please get it right this time.
