Very angry and very irritated - i work in service

I have never had such bad service as i have had from home choice. I ordered a bedding set to get and email saying in 48 hrs your acc will be active, waited 3 days. To complain through their customer service and get a lady to call me who cannot speak english and had to battle with her on the phone for like 30 min even though i asked her to call back as I was sleeping for night shift. I gave her my voucher for R200 yet on this bill it does not even show (ill get to the bill later) then my order is meant to arrive in 14 days, well 30 days have past and nothing. Got an sms saying the parcel is despatched but try using the tracking number and it says it doesn't exist. So yeah today i got a bill for some i don't even have. I am just appalled at this kind of service and i work in the service industry and we do not just reply with these simply emails - Good day Mrs. Henry
