FREE GIFT CHARGED FOR AND ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I'm amazed that companies like Homemark are allowed to trade the way they do. But what is even more amazing is that Vodacom associate themselves with a company that has got no scruples what so ever. My mother was given a voucher to be used at Homemark, when she dealt with Vodacom. She then received a phone call urging her to use the vouchers before it expires. She then opted to buy an oven gave her c/card details for the amount that was not covered by the vouchers. The very same day she gets a call, congratulating her on winning a free gift. She received her free gift, but R2 999.99 was deducted from her account, for this supposedly free gift. The problem is my mother does not do internet banking so no checking online for transactions like this and the Post office was on strike so no bank statements she only discovered this deduction late April. But the best of all the oven that she wanted she still has not received. I have spoken to Gladys, Kate, Herman but no luck. I was promised that Nitesh will phone me but am still waiting. They say my mother agreed to the purchase I say they waited for her to give her c/card details and once on their system they proceeded to abuse it by misleading her.
