I bought furniture to the value of R36 000 at the alberton branch I received a lounge suit that was different colours and damaged I have bee promised several times from Chris over the past two months that it will be exchanged and to date i have not received it... I must say Chris is very famous for making promises that he cannot keep to it is always tomorrow next week or I will call you back in 10 min... I also bought a home theater sytem which I am paying for but hav also not yet received it is has been promised to be delivered to me for the past to moths but still nothing... Chris advised me he was waiting for the warehouse to get back to him week after week, but the funny thing is that when I called the warehouse they did not know of anything, so clearly someone is very incompetent...
