Bad attitude

On the 4th of May i bought my best friend a pair of inwear boots. They fitted and all seems good. I threw the slip away. She wore the boots 3 times and the heal came loose. I told her to take it back. Which she did. However the manager was so rude to her it wasnt even funny. The manager then stated ''i buy boots from Edgars and this happens all the time'' REALLY?? Can a manager be so stupid to say a thing like that.

I went there today and got my refund. As they needed to see my card. But i am utterly disgusted how they treated my friend. When all it would have taken was a ''sorry ma'am we need to see the owner of the card''
