Charged for Failed Order - No Refund

I purchased a monitor from Kalahari on 30 April 2013 for R2380.95. The order failed but my card was still charged. I received no notification from Kalahari regarding this, so I had to chase up a few days later. After confirming almost 10 days ago that they have reversed my funds I still have received nothing. Called again on 17 May to query the problem. Matter now referred back to admin dept once again - This usually takes 4 days before I get any feedback. Considering this was a purchase directly off my cheque account it was actual money that I do have access to for the past 3 weeks which has resulted in a whole other lot of issues for me. I have placed over 20 orders with Kalahari, you can bet my next purchase is going to go to better online retailers such as Loot & Takealot.
