CHARGING CUSTOMERS MORE THAN AGREED

Took a loan out with Woolworths... let's say R20000 with a repayment back of R500... well, just saw that I have to pay R850 back because the first month's interest took the loan balanced OVER what they offered... duh???

So they are claiming back the instalment of R500 PLUS whatever is over the balance amount - how ethical is that?

Going to pay this one up and never use them again
