I just want to express my disappointment in the BANK I really thought that they live for their slogan of HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, they not helping you make your life better they help in making your life a living with this rediculas of charging the people more than what the CURRENT INTEREST RATE should be. Let me start by saying that i ask for a RE-ADVANCEMENT OF R20000.00 ON MY HOME LOAN AND THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT ME TO PAY my balance on my house is R205128.72 if they give me the loan of R20000.00 my BALANCE would be R226838.72 plus a TOTAL CHARGE OF R224531.78 WITH A VARIABLE INTEREST RATE OF 10.80 % TOTAL INITIATION FEE ECT. = R293947.53 MONTHLY REPAYMENT AMOUNT OF R2966.15 FOR THE REMAINING 175 MONTHS THAT IS LEFT ON THIS BOND WITH THE GRAND TOTAL = R459945.50. CONSUMERS DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS BANK WANT'S TO HELP YOU I DON'T THINK SO THEY RIPPING US OFF DAILY. FROM A DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER...
