I have complained on Hello Peter last week & received a response from Sameer Fakir stating that he would keep me updated on my delivery. I have had no response since and have left a message for him last week with a colleague because while i was in a meeting on Fri, the delivery guys went to my mum's place with the exchange base set and refused to go to the correct address with her and took my bed back. I have been waiting for 5mnths for this 1st del. to be scheduled, will i be waiting a further 5mnths again? I have called to speak to him today and a colleague of his picked up my complaint on the system and said the last feedback shows that it was scheduled for delivery on the 17th May. If this was on the system, how is it that no one has made me aware. Am i expected to wait at home for 5mnths in the hope that 1 day my bed would randomly be delivered! Not only is the base cracked inside, it is very uncomfortable to sleep on & we have had countless body pains as a result. I want my new bed TODAY!!!
