No Free Gift

Thanks for the speedy delivery fo my order, even though it was delivered on a Sunday of all days, if there was no one at home i really wonder what would have happened. Anyway, my free gift was not included in my order, even though when i check my order online, it says it was dispatched. The box was half opened when it arrived, so i dont know what happened there, maybe it got opened during transportation i dont know. My account statement was blank, as in completely blank in a white enevelope (can forward that to you if you please). And then the free boudoir that came with the Kendra comforter, is not the same beaded one that you have online, why is this? there is nowhere where you say that designs may vary or whatsover. Please advise
Besides these few mistakes, your service is really great thus far, thanks for that.
Can i be contacted by a consultant that talks zulu or xhosa.
