Bad Attitude from delivery guy

I was called by the delivery guy asking for an address this morning. He promised to delivery the shipment from HP. When he came at our offices he spoke to our receptionist and she told him that i was busy conducting Induction Program and was unavailable, She told him that a colleague of mine will assist him and he should take a lift to the 1st floor and make delivery. The then refused stating that I should have waited for him as i knew he was coming today. Our Receptionist was very upset and he left. on his was out he met my colleague and gave him the shipment after a mouth full. We cannot accept such behavior in our offices. please do not send this guy anymore for collection and delivery. I tried calling the Helpdesk to ask when collection will be done and received a Mouthful as well this seems to run in the company and I am FED UP! REF DHL RF 00436621 CSO SR176743745
