A cleaner swearing at a custome

While doing my shopping, a cleaner tells me that she is cleaning, the floors are wet and I should not pass there. On asking what service is that, should I now not do my shopping coz she is cleaning, she responded with attitude that it is not her problem and continued to say 'fokof'. On advising the manager, she was called and wanted to argue with me still in front of other customers but then proceeded to apologize on the managers instructions. Am appalled by this, I almost puked inside my mouth and was shaking with anger let alone embarrassed by this.
