Disrespectful and Dismissive store manage

I enquired as to the price of a drill at the counter, the price quoted differed from the price the sales person initially quoted. I advised the gentleman I made the purchase desciision based on the price which is now increased. He was somewhat helpfull however when we reached a deadlock I requested the managers intervention. The manager did not introduce himself by name even thou I asked, he said his name was "the chosen one". He listened to the query and took the drill without responding to the query and walked away. He uttered a slur and left myself an a friend standing at the counter.
