FIX YOUR SYSTEM - INCORRECT ACCOUNT DETAILS

I am beyond irritated by receiving several of these texts from some debt collecting company MDCS, on behalf of Truworths to collect an amount of R194.44, this was settled in 2010 with Truworths and St John and Associates and again you are asking for this money, this happened last year for the second time!!!

PLEASE JUST UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. I cannot keep sending the settlement letter over and over, because someone else cannot simply do their job and update the system! i don't even have an account there. This is more than likely continuously going to my credit record which is going to affect me negatively due to your continuous errors! i trust someone will contact me shortly to sort this out for once and for ALL.
