Unfair Business practice

I am hereby asking Truworths to remove my details from the MBD Legal Collection with account number 0278000390935075. After numerous attempts to solve this problem I am still receiving letters asking me to pay for good that I ignore who took them. First I have never open an account with Truworths. So I do not understand why my name was sent to the debt collector. I approach Truworths of sunnypark and after checking at their system, the acknowledged that I do not own them anything. But still I am receiving letters from debt collector. Please solve this problem with immediate effect. Details of debt collector are:
