On having a problem with the lid sealing on a container of foundation recently (this was the second time this had happened), I went to Clicks where I had bought it from and asked them to swop the lid. They said they were unable to but would take my details and pass the problem on to the rep. I passed on my details (begrudgingly - been there - done that!). However, in spite of the staff at Clicks passing on the incorrect details, they managed to finally get my details and I got a call from the customer care centre. They offered to collect the item and swop it out for a new item. This was done at my convenience. They collected that same week, gave me a new foundation and a few extra goodies with it, with apologies. This was good customer service. They didn't just apologise and leave as so many suppliers do - they found swift resolution and made sure I walked away happy. It's a pity they can't show other companies how its done!

Well done guys! It's really nice to get good service for a change - all I ever get is bad service normally - so this was great!
