Missing goods and nothing done!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the service I have been given by this company!

I bought a Kartcher cleaner from Lee's Trading almost a month ago, the person I dealt with was Francois, and when it arrived, as a surprise gift for my husband, it had no handle! I have phoned 17 times and left messages EVERYTIME for Francois or Lee to get hold of me regarding this issue. My husband phoned on the 6th May and spoke to Francois who said that Lee would get back to him that day to sort out the details of our address and get this handle delivered to me. Since then I have not been able to get hold of Francois or Lee!

I then phoned the "owner" who slammed the phone down on me and did not call me back. Despite the fact that I was clearly very angry at being stuffed around in such a way, putting the phone down on an angry customer is NOT the way to deal with a problem.

Utterly shocked!
