SERVICE AT CLICK'S CRESTA IS ATROCIOUS

Membership No. 0200157071635 - I went to Clicks, Cresta, to buy Almay Moisturizer Foundation, hangers some vitamin tabs primrose of evening oil. I went to the Almay sect found the Almay Foundation but no moisturizer. I asked some of the 100"s of ladies standing around chatting using the test samples to put on make up especially the pregnant lady. I walked one isle after another eventually found it not near the Almay Section. I then noticed not one item had a price on the rack. I called ladies asked what is the price the answers WE DO NOT KNOW!!! Not one person was interested to assist me in anyway. I then went to the tills asked to speak to the Manager. I stood 15 min waiting. I was then informed that the phone is out of order she must go a call the Manager. Then after 10 min the Manager decided to talk to me calling me to her @ the tills - not her coming to me. She then scanned said it as R225.00. I asked her why do people stand around and there is no prices on the Almay and it was like talking to a death person. I paid the R543.50 walked out nearly a1/2 hour to buy 3 x little items. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM CLICKS WHO IS THE MANAGER!!
