I bought Clicks brand popcorn that comes in the box in late November or early December 2013 .When I followed the instruction to make the popcorn at work, it burnt in less than the prescribed time. I reported this to Clicks Customer Care Line and after a week someone called me and said she would call me again for the batch no. Unfortunately the box did not have what she was looking for, but she took all my contact details and the other details of the product then she advised someone would call me to advise with regards to my complaint, after waiting now 2 weeks I have had no response from anyone with regards to this. I feel that sorting a problem out in 1 and a half months is extremely pathetic.
