I have been trying for 2 weeks now to establish contact with Mr Price in order to confirm stock of two items. I have tried calling Tygervalley, Bayside, Cavendish & N1 City store numerous times & no one answers the phone - not even on a Sunday morning when the stores cannot possibly be that busy. I complained on Facebook last week & was given 2 different email addresses to write to & was told I would be contacted by a manager. I received a standard email back from customer care on Friday & my query regarding stock availability has STILL not been attended to. This on top of MANY emails I have sent to customer care in the past that have been ignored completely & when I try to follow up, they have always been "lost" by your staff & must be resent.

How can you people possibly think that this passes as decent service in any way, shape or form?
How аbout:
1) Answering the phone.
2) Acknowledging & responding to email correspondence.
3) Delivering on promises you make to contact customers.

I am even more disappointed by this when I visit your corporate website & read about how you "engage" your customers with "passion" as you try to "add value." It's laughable.
