I went to pep store on saturday regarding the phone that i bought recently. Its a nokia and i told them the problem it has then they told me that they cannot replace it they rather send it back to mtn so that they can fix it, i told them that i don't a problem in one condition that they will have to deliver it where i work in northern cape cause by then i will be in northern cape where am working, then they said that they can only send it to the nearest store their in NW. Then i told them that i don't have luxury time to go to the shops when m in NW thats why it took me more than a months to return the phone to them because i don't get time there m working in a consruction company. So according to the act
