10days and 6 calls and still no reply

On 18th may I bought R50 and R10 8ta airtime on my edgars account throw there "ota"(*120*334#) I never received my SMS with the voucher pin so the next day I called and they took my details and said someone will contact me the next day (19th) so I waited whole day nothing I waited Tuesday (20th) still nothing so I called again same thing take me details someone will contact me next day nothing its now 10 days and 6 calls later and still nothing every time I call is the same thing they take my details and I never hear from them its cost me more than the R60 airtime I'm trying 2 get back just calling after them and every call of those 6 calls I was on hold for 10min or more just "eating up " my airtime I've gone into an edgars store then they put me throw 2 the same call centre and the same thing happens what do I do next?? I'm paying R63 for something I didn't get because I checked and its been added 2 me account so they are charging me for it
