Bought fluffwiz in the end of December 2012, after couple uses it broke took it to the store then paid r50.00 more took a sticky wiz after using it couple weeks the stickiness does not work took it to the store and asked for my refund the sales person told me that he cannot refund me cause they have a policy only 7days for a refund.i then told him according to the consumer law they have to refund my money cause there is a problem with the item .i do understand that I have 7days to return the unused item for my money but he didn't want to hear of what I was saying that's was there policy.does verimak know about the consumer law now I am stuck with something that does not stick its such in convince to me to go to the store the first time then the second time cause aim working most of the time and the nearest store to me is the chats worth centre
