BAD SERVICE AND FAULTY ACCOUNT!!

In January 2013 when I bought clothes on my account, the system went off and apparently it stayed open on my account. I went into the branch and a guy then told me that the problem was that after the system went on again, they accidentally used my account to pay someone else's clothes.
That is where the -R965.83 came in on the statement. That was when my CREDIT LIMIT went over the limit and then the amount in arrears showed. So the reason I am in arrears is because of that and that is not my mistake or problem!! They guy then told me that he will fix the problem for me. I have now checked my latest statement and STILL this problem is not sorted out!!! I have since received calls from Durban asking me to pay the arrears, and I explained to them what the situation is and sent e-mails and obviously it still hasn't been sorted as I received an sms this morning again that I am in arrears by R557.47. I don't have the budget to pay that much all at once! I REFUSE TO WASTE MY TIME TO GO BACK AS CLEARLY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.IF THIS AFFECTS MY CREDIT HISTORY I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT URGENTLY AS I AM TIRED OF STRESSING ABOUT THIS WITH NO HELP!!! :(
