Attitude and pathetic service

On Sat 19/01/2013 at Pep stores branch 6407- Wartbug, The opening time at the display in the store is 8:00 but on this Sat the branch was opened late due to the staff praying. I was witness to the staff arriving to work on time but when time came for the store to open, they decided to pray. When the branch was finally opened the lady that opened the door did not even apoligise for them opening late instead we were given bad looks and attitude. When I reached the telller to ring my stuff she (Mpiloh) did not even greet and to say the least polite. I don't know if that's the quality of service that Pep store staff members are trained to potray to black customers. I was very disgusted with the service from the supervisor and Mpiloh at the till. When I asked Mpiloh for her name after giving me attitide, she informed me very rudely that her name was on the slip and she didn't tell me her name. I would appreciate if an investigation will be conducted to the customer service that that particular branch gives to clients.
