After a bad experience at Truworths and still in search of the elusive lipstick I went yesterday to Foshini. What a difference. Christina was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Apparently Foshini train their staff to greet customers. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely shop there for my cosmetics in future. A good attitude ensures your customers return a bad one sends them away never to return...
