I have had numerous bad experiences within the past week while 'attempting' to shop at your store. On two occasions I had left the store without purchasing anything, even though I intended to make use of your specials advertised on television.
The staff in the cosmetic department are more interested in applying make-up and chatting amongst themselves rather than serving customers! The cellphone counter assistant does not what is going on in his department and is not helpful. Customers have to wait in long queues to be served even on days when the store is not busy as the staff are on a 'go-slow'! Stock is placed on displays in the middle of aisles, this is a safety hazard!
Staff are generally unfriendly and are not keen to assist you; for example when you request for sizes and are asked to be shown where items are placed, staff look at you as if they are dumb and cannot understand what you have just said. I am confident that I am not the only person who has experienced bad service at the store!
I will not be shopping at this store, I would rather visit Woolies or Foschini -where I am valued as a customer and my shopping experience will be pleasant one!!!
