Dishonest and incompetent staff

I bought shoes at the Sandton branch, but it was a small size. We called from the branch and was told that the Cresta branch had 2 of the size 7 that I wanted and I could come collect it on Saturday as it was more convenient for me. I get to the branch today 16/11/13 and no one can assist me, I am told that they don't have it in store and only after constant probing did the consultant call other branches and was now being sent to Westgate mall which is out of my reach. And I requested that the shoes be delivered to the branch, and again there was still hesitation. I was told this would take 3 weeks and I was buffled by this. Is this the kind of service that your store prides itself with?
