Regsistered as slow buye

This morning i got a phone call, saying i owe something like 700 and some rand to EDGARS, I knew i owed something but not 700 and something. I told the guy i paid this morning which I did, R400.

and just now i got a SMS saying I've been registered on Transunion as a slow payer. First of all I paid a big amount the last time, which is why i didn't have to pay the last couple of months. No the one month I'm a bit late you register me as a slow payer, Not fair if you ask me. Secondly the statement I got said total due R340.00, not 700 and something.

Firstly tell me my 700 and something why is this not in line with what the guy told me.
Secondly your statement says 340 is due.
Thirdly I paid a big amount last time, no one month I'm a bit late not registered as slow payer.
